Welcome to worlddome.com, the first online global news environment for people of conscious.  I seek mercy for suffering people through prayer and deed.  My background is in entrepreneur training, non profit management and business development for undeserved communities. Other than my children, my greatest success has come from having nothing and with God's help, making something.

The media today is the hand puppet of the global corporate community. We don't get the news we need to make our lives better if it is not in the best interest of the Fortune 500.  Are they going to tell us how to compete with them globally? No.  The worlddome objective is to provide news and commentary in a solution oriented environment.

It's not enough to point the finger and when every news outlet is covering the same story, it's not news.  Worlddome.com will not trend with CNN, ABC, CBS, The Virgin Island Daily News or The Source.   The news from worlddome.com is from raw hard wired events, things they don't want us to know, unfiltered.

Buy and sell unique items with specialized service, writing articles on the Internet is an excellent way to market your product, free.

Small business owners have the edge over the mass merchandisers, less overhead and one of a kind will always be worth more than mass produced.

Small business owners including home based business ventures must expand to the Internet.  Retailers, consider retailing selling venues, like home shows can allow buyers to shop with you online.  Buy your products from individuals or small companies from the Internet.

Start with Internet Research, a business plan and a web site.

The Daily Upload:  Outsourcing has an upside for low and middle income wage earners. The Internet makes it possible for  us to purchase goods from individuals in developing countries and industrialized countries alike.  An example would be, I can buy one of a kind hand made items,  from a work at home mom in Africa, China or India.  I would sell them to my friends, neighbors and family members. Unique boutique items, sporting goods not usually found at Walmart and as seen on TV, could provide lasting posterity.  Start with Internet research for products, a business plan and  web site with e-commerce.

Individuals and families can compete globally with Saks Fifth Avenue, Ann Taylor, Prada or Christian Dior.  Fashion  and computer technology is completely predictable.

Factories in developing countries are not only manufacturing goods for the retailers you buy from, they will sell to you. You as an individual can sell to the consumer for less because you have less overhead.

Individuals can purchase cell phones, lap top computers, clothes and household goods, for your cottage industry boutique.

The Daily Upload:  Yesterday was my birthday, I turned 51  and this is what I've learned and advise. Practice your faith and live by the word.  We can never own more than the love of our friends and families, nothing monetary or material, will be worth more. The view of the sunset, your favorite food, to enjoy the gift of a new day, is affordable for all.  The creation of balance in your life will create peace and well being within you, and you will live longer. Stop making trouble for yourself and don't accept stress from others.   .Identify the things you most like doing, and do them as often as you can.  Surround yourself with people that you enjoy being with in a nice place with good food, music and art.

Live your dreams and imagine your desired achievements. Before you travel, learn to read and write the language. Respect yourself and offer others respect unless you cannot.

OUTSOURCING

So far corporations have benefited from global outsourcing to third world and developing countries.  The poor have gotten poorer and rich have gotten richer. Oil companies report record profits as gas prices soar. What can we do?

This is when the neighborhood mechanic, local computer nerd and the dress maker  collaborate to provide services to their neighbors.   Individuals or entrepreneurs are in a position to offer goods or services at a more competitive rate than a business with overhead.

The home based business  person, company or family can compete globally. How?  The Internet  makes it possible for me or you do make and sell our goods to neighbors or individuals anywhere in the world, who don't want everything they wear or use to me made by machine in China or India.

One of a Kind provides us, the masses an opportunity to innovate and sell that unique product or that specialized service, the corporation cannot compete with.
