"Life In Paradise, St. Thomas, USVI"

Yeah, it is nice living in paradise. I live above town and have an impressive view of the harbor, Frenchtown, Hassle and Water Islands.

I'll be leaving for Portugal in the next couple of weeks, to shoot a travel show with Lucio. We have traveled the world together and now we want to share with you "Real Life & Real Travel". Not the sanitized version of a geographic location, but "Real Life".

It has been my search engine optimization, writing, and web site design skills, that has made the difference between working at Macy's and being contracted to take a world cruise with pay.

My search engine position was so good that an agent from Princess Cruises contacted me about a contract, and later offered me a teaching contract on a world cruise, just last year. Since then I have been to Europe five times, check out the photo gallery.

I read a marketing book decades ago called "Marketing Yourself" by the Catalyst Team. "Be yourself, know yourself and sell yourself" is what I got from that book and it has enhanced my perspective of me.

Among other things professional, I am a search engine optimization expert, quantifiable by my top search engine positions. I am planning to retire on the money generated from the Google Ads on my web sites.

In less than three weeks I am back to Portugal for the sixth time in 18 months. I have invested in an established retreat and the plan is to open another fine art gallery in the retreat in Portugal. I'll open a second retreat in Algarve, Portugal close to the Mediterranean Sea.

Black Friday is rapidly approaching and worlddome.com is planning to profit from this holiday season. We are opening our stationary boutique today, where half of all profits will be donated to the charity of the buyers choice. The "Image Stationary Boutique" will feature custom stationary on a variety of paper, including my favorite, linen. The boutique will feature stationary for writing and printing from a computer. We will carry note cards and letter size paper.

I am a search engine optimization expert and expect top search engine positioning in just a couple of weeks if not sooner, for the stationary boutique.

There are very good reasons to put Google Ads on your web pages, they come up higher on the search engines. Linking to web sites like youtube.com and wikipedia.com will also significantly enhance your search engine position.

Google Ads on my web site are part of my retirement plan.

"Always be Ready"!

I was on Coki Point Beach one day this past summer and it was really crowed. The recent chain of hurricanes that adversely affected other Caribbean islands, saved St. Thomas.

I've been going to Coki Point Beach for almost thirty years, and the locals and I have lovingly named my shady spot, "My Office". Well, who do you think was in My Office on that crowded summer day on the beach? The nice of Frank Stick the partner of Lawrence Rockefeller. The same Rockefeller that is credited with donating what is now the Virgin Island National Park in St. John.

We didn't exactly get on the right foot being as she and her beautiful daughter were in my spot. So I explained that I'd been coming to the spot that they have settled in, that's all.

Well the beautiful daughter of (Babs) Frank Stick's nice said "Well that would make it yours then". We didn't have a good laugh.

Then came Babs and we hit if off right a way. We all needed to be in the shade due to skin conditions, and some how Babs started telling me the story about how our national park came to be. After hearing her story, I offered to help her get the story out and set the record straight..

When you introduce yourself, you must always be ready to make a positive impression, because you never know who you are talking too. Always have your ideal introduction ready. I ended up giving Babs my business card and she has contacted me with the story, I will post it tomorrow.
